Robert Burns - Scottish poet and lyricist (1759-1796)Part II of a series of early poems. The ideas expressed in the first draft were inspired by a growing awareness of global humanitarian problems. The poem/lyric was first published and recorded at Abbey Road Studios, London. It deals with societal fragmentation, inequality, moral insights and political issues.
