Of Irish descent, Bréon Rydell is a poet, songwriter, born and brought up in the borderlands of Scotland, now living in Donegal.

He is an Advisor to The Gustav Mahler Foundation, which seeks to share the universal idea that art and music can heal minds and offer hope in a troubled world.
